On a recent trip to LA I got to meet up with Hero Pup, who was formally known as rubberfiend. Hero is a puppy that I have known for many years, and always will have a special place in my heart because we were both a part of each other’s early experiences in puppy play; him as a pup and me as a Trainer.
So a chance to see him I eagerly jumped on.
He joined me at my hotel after I figured my work for the day, had some dinner and caught up, then sent him off to bathroom to rubber up. He came out in full puppy gear; full black suit, rubber dog hood, boots, tail, harness. I took the mitts out and locked them on him, then we began the process of getting him into pup headspace, which because of how natural he is to it only takes a few moments.
In this video you will see him once he was in pup mode, with a bit of rope added to get him secured for the play to come.
My goal for him was to edge him as much as I could, until I was sure he ready to blow. With a bit of electro as well, though you will have to wait for Part 2 for that.
